Professional Interests:
Kay has an interest in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, from recreational to elite athletes. She has experience working with a variety of amateur and high-level sport, including physiotherapist at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. As well as sports injuries, Kay also has vast experience in pre and post operative rehabilitation including hip, knee and shoulder surgery, as well as back & neck injuries and headaches. Kay also has qualifications in Dry Needling and is DMA Clinical Pilates trained.
